consider yourself warned...
Here in Washington, we've been having remarkable weather. sunny. sixties. sandals, bare feet, gardens to water, lawns to mow, and the like. It has been great. Elinor had her first backyard pool party. She loved it! It took a little bit to warm up (ha ha- I had set up the pool in the AM knowing the full sun would need all day to warm the water), and Elinor at first sat still in it. It was fun watching the synapses connect in her little brain that this was just like a huge bath, and that the water was excellent for splashing. She quickly realized she could crawl around AND splash. Even better. I tried to take a lot of pictures. Every one where she's looking at the camera, she is squinting or blinking. too funny. But here they are...
