Honey

I hope this little blurb can be read. I took a beekeeping class last year and have been waiting for the right time to get my own hive but it's still not yet. I've been on the group email list, and this picture as well as a long article came through the emails...  Pretty much a lot of the cheap "honey" you may or may not buy is not honey at all. It has been filtered to such a microscopic level that it's just all fake. and terrible. and gross.
so stop buying it.
pay for good stuff because it's real. because it's good for the local plants and gardens and fields and beekeepers and flowers. keep our local bees in business!
