There is hope where there is life

And then after a melancholy day, Pete and I went to Seattle on a hot-date to listen to the grand Dr. Jane Goodall. She is quite possibly a phenomenal lady! At 76 years old she is traveling more than 300 days a year to share her message and spread hope. The Jane Goodall Institute, Project Tacare (Take Care), Roots and Shoots are only some of the activism in which she plays an integral role. She spoke of mothers, youth, her history, the Peace Dove on Worldwide Peace day in September, hope for the future, how the youth needs to re-teach our elders, how detrimental apathy and melancholy really are, and of the first ape she met.

It is past time to re-consider what I'm doing, what I've been focusing on, and how I impact much more than I think.
