the last furlong

well Pete and i did a whirlwind tour back home. it was a lot to handle.

now we're back and its been raining. its supposed to snow eighteen inches in the mountains tonight and over the next few days. wow! i bet we'll get something in town. yipppeee global warming.

speaking of i heard that the governor of Alaska is planning on suing the endangered species act over the polar bears. She feels there is insignificant data. And that the population is actually growing in recent years. think of it this way: the polar bears have a hunting ban on them, they are moving from their usual locations (more into town and in trash cans)since their habitats are becoming smaller and smaller, the human population is growing, and it's getting warmer.

pretty soon i'll be up in the sticks keeping them under control when they start on fire. i'm really looking forward to it, to seeing Pete, Ester, Ester's Matt, Kim and any others that show up, to possibly getting away a few weekends, and to learning a new trade.

peace yo!
love nicole
