The wild west really is proving to be wild. Here are a few of the recent changes in Nicole, Pete and Ashke's lives.
Nicole is no longer working at Mystery Ranch. She accepted a position working for the USFS in Wisdom. Yes, a state of enlightenement all summer. No, Wisdom Montana. it's near Butte and in the Beaverhead Deer-Lodge National Forest. Training starts on May 27th and it should prove to be a trying experience. She's doing training for Three Rivers wilderness therapy this week and will hopefully be offered a job upon successful completion of training.
Pete is training for three up and coming mountain bike races. He still needs to write them up so everyone will know when to cheer him on his crazy events. He's still loving working at Bangtail but can feel a change in the wind either next spring or as early as this winter. He is working on frames as well.
Ashke no longer has a doggy yardmate since the owner moved away during a recent mass exoudus of some sort from Pete and Nicole's house... maybe it's a sign they are hard to live with? And Ashke has a small garden in his yard to protect and step in.
the Montana Clan is going for a visit to MN in four weeks as well. May 15- 19th. the West is about to get a little Midwest.
