oh the North American Handbuilt Bike Conference, seeing Mike and Sarah Oakley, biking around town and seeing Mt Hood.... life is grand
So... knock on wood and don't ginx it, but we haven't had a rainy day yet. The pass over here was bad while driving and the last hour was pouring rain but we had a bluebird day on Saturday. And it's just been overcast with a peep of sun once a day the other days. on Sunday we went to Haystack Rock.... the rock that's in "The Goonies"- and that was a pretty fun view on the beach.
on monday and tuesday we definitely looked around town- checked out some of the bike shops and saw a bit more about what life in Portland would be like... Then MIke had his sushi birthday party and we had a good time at that. the back on the road.
