Elinor, Pete, Bernard and I u-picked some berries the other day. One morning nap, Elinor and I sliced them all and dehydrated some, and sauced the others (mix with sugar and freeze). Elinor did a great job helping load the dehydrator trays and stirring the sauce.
"My" flower patch has started blooming. Yellow, orange, mixed yellow, pink, red, and blue. It's great. I've spotted many birds and now a fairy in that patch of our garden.
Somewhat of a garden view. the lavender is days away from blooming; and smells great already! the hydrangea is slowly re-rooting after our late fall (too late?!) transplant. otherwise, the trees are growing their fruits, and establishing roots. It's a full garden. and we're loving it.
