More thoughts

I watched a movie a while ago and took notes, and in the midst of cleaning to move into Uptown PT, I found my notes, thought I'd share, recycle the paper copy and "move on". Here they are:

Daily renewal with connection to our values...
Stop being fearful!
Stop talking about it. Live it. It is with in our power, one great energy is within us all.
Be as sincere as possible, know the truth. trust yourself. There is plenty of beauty in this world. Listen deeply. Believe in something.
