mini update

the spirit within... I'm amp-ing up for a good next few days. Today, officially, the bike shop has been around 51 weeks. Pete's expecting Christmas sales to soar for the next week where we'll be able to enjoy the full benefit of Santa's love. The bikes are rolling out the door. The lights and other smaller accessories are being stuffed into stockings with care. It's fun to see what people are buying this holiday season.

We went to a play: "The Eight: Reindeer Monologues". It was hilarious and very fun to get out and go to a show put on by our local performers.

Pete has his garage set up. It is beautiful. I look forward to seeing him getting the rest of what he needs to get it organized and prepped for completing work. It's been great seeing him retreat to the shed a few times... not great in that he's retreating from the house, but great that it's turning into a nice and "comfortable" space to be.

I've been reading some, searching for other things, talking a lot with Tadj and Pix, running a once a week with Savannah, pondering the meaning of life, looking at houses to buy and thinking of what I would like to eat for dinner.

I'm dog sitting a malamute for three days over this season. It will be fun.

We've been prepping for this next cycling season as well. I've started coordinating two of our mountain bike races. Gibbs -July 17th- is on the books already. and Anderson -Aug 21st- is awaiting confirmation. I've started to think about where we need to be advertising, and how to get the word out. we'd love this season to be huge! I guess I'd better get back to it. <3
