Winter and yet not winter. It is already almost Thanksgiving and I'm super surprised at how things are happening so quickly. And yet each day is a little different than the last and each evening has some sort of new activity happening.
We've lost two roommates and gained two roommates and a dog. I have been thinking and noticing how everybody brings something different to the pot. and i like what i'm seeing... i like how the house has changed and i like how the dynamics between everyone has adjusted.
Ashke grew a lump on one of his left back digits and we had it removed since it was obviously causing pain and not to mention bleeding. One more health bill for us to pay for; but he is recovering nicely and being a gem about keeping the bandage on. So, pretty soon we'll all be back and ready for more adventures.
Speaking of adventures.... Pete is planning on being in quite a few twenty four hour races. Any of you should support his cause and give him a hard time... pay for beer... heckle him to ride harder and what not. you know... all in good fun...
I'm watching the dogs that I watch again- Amy died from cancer so now its just the cat, Allie and Juno, and the airplane and house. I find it quite the "vacation" living in someone else's bed, home and from their fridge. It is like i'm pretending to be someone else.... i giggle when i think about that idea.
What else? yeah, the weather. what a random bunch of crap~ but i suppose it depends on what your perogative is. Almost like too many people hoping for snow and it's not ready so "it" is trying to please everyone; but people still want to get in the last bit of fall before winter. It really is a toss up.
